As an Art Leader at Garena, I am responsible for the art direction, cohesion, and quality of several Free Fire global projects, such as Legendary Cobra and Booyah Day. I've acted as a bridge between the creative team, external partners, art department, and the stakeholders ensuring that the product goals are achieved. In addition, I contribute to the Marketing team with publishing assets like Animations, key arts, and other pieces to maintain the quality and consistency with the game.
Responsibilities include building and managing artists to the best artistic practices and processes through clear communication, always encouraging and inspiring the team to empower and develop careers.
Previously at Insane, I worked on the development of a new IP, a Sandbox MMORPG called Profane, defining the visual style of the game. Furthermore, I worked in the structuring of the art department and contributed to the improvement of the art pipeline.
In 2017 At Wildlife Studios as Lead Artist, I was accountable for the art direction of the Tennis clash from scratch, working with the development team since prototype. I also revamp the Colorfy App and launched the Color by Number App.
